This Christmas: What Will You Do With Jesus

He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the [children]of God, even to them that believe on his name (John 1:11-12)
A friend recently shared a whatsapp message with me asking me to boycott a movie that depicts Jesus as gay. The message continued: Share this if you love Jesus so together we will stop this message that seeks to mock our saviour. I replied: “I won't share it! Mocking Jesus is not a 21st century phenomenon. He has been rejected and mocked throughout human history. Allow them to depict Him however they want. It doesn't change who He is"

Fact is that, rejecting Jesus is not a modern trend or a thing that has resulted out of modern civilization. He has been rejected by many throughout history. Even before He was born, as far back as about 700BC, Isaiah prophesied His rejection: “He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not." (Isaiah 53:3).

This Christmas, what will you do with Jesus? You have only two options: Reject Him as LORD or fall at His feet and worship Him as LORD.
